General Terms and Conditions for Dental Services at Kadrioru Plaza Hambakliinik
1. General provisions
1.1 These terms regulate the provision of dental services at the clinic and form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the patient and the clinic.
1.2 The clinic provides services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Health Services Organization Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Provision of services
2.1 Services are provided only by prior appointment.
2.2 Before treatment, the patient is informed about the expected scope, cost, and risks of the treatment.
2.3 The patient confirms consent to treatment verbally or in writing. If necessary, an informed consent form is completed.
2.4 The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if there are contraindications or if cooperation conditions are not met.
3. Payment for services
3.1 Payment is made according to the clinic’s current price list at the time of service.
3.2 Services can be paid for in cash, by bank card, or by issued invoice.
3.3 The clinic is not responsible for the refusal of insurance companies to reimburse costs, unless provided for in the agreement.
4. Patient rights and obligations
4.1 The patient has the right to complete and accurate information about their health condition, treatment methods, and potential risks.
4.2 The patient is obliged to provide the doctor with accurate information about their health, past illnesses, allergies, and medications.
4.3 The patient undertakes to follow the doctor’s recommendations and arrive on time for appointments.
4.4 If the patient is more than 10 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to shorten or cancel the appointment.
5. Warranty
5.1 A warranty is provided for services if the patient follows all recommendations and attends follow-up checkups.
5.2 The warranty does not cover cases of trauma, poor hygiene, harmful habits (e.g., bruxism, smoking), or intervention by other specialists.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1 All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
7. Final provisions
7.1 The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms by notifying patients in advance via the website or at the reception.
7.2 All disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they will be resolved according to Estonian law.
